Founded in 1997 by Michael Fodor and Shane Farrell, F-Squared Market Research and Consulting was the largest custom market research agency in Central and Eastern Europe with its offices in Moscow (Russia), Warsaw (Poland) and Kiev (Ukraine). It became part of the Ipsos Group in June 2002 (the world's third largest survey-based research specialist).
