SRG Holdings Company Limited was founded in 2005 with the purpose of developing commercial projects to international standards in the Russian Federation related to the fields of Airlines Representation.

• Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) is the national carrier of the Kingdom of Thailand. It operates domestic, regional and intercontinental flights radiating from its home base in Bangkok to key destinations around the world and within Thailand. Founded in 1960 and over 40 years THAI has earned a worldwide reputation for offering high standard products and customer services. The success of THAI is apparent through numerous customer surveys conducted by well-known institutions both within and outside Thailand. In 1997 THAI together with four other world leading airlines, namely Lufthansa German Airlines, United Airlines, Scandinavian Airlines System, and Air Canada, was the founder of «Star Alliance» — the strongest airline alliance in the history of commercial aviation with the most extensive network covering major destinations over six continents. THAI operates a modern fleet of 88 aircraft, most of them wide-bodied models. The safety of flights is one of the priorities in the airline's activity. Today THAI flies to 74 destinations in 34 countries on four continents. Since 1st of November 2005 THAI started operating scheduled services between Moscow (Domodedovo) and Bangkok. At present THAI operates its flights from Moscow on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays with excellent connection network via Bangkok to various destinations in Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.  Thai Airways International  has chosen SRG Holdings to be its General Sales Agent in Russian Federation in September 2005. Since starting of on-line scheduled operations between Bangkok and Moscow in October 2005, Thai Airways brand was established in Russian Market as solid player to over 50 destinations in Thailand, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand with constantly growing market shares, flown revenue and cabin factor.

Israir Airlines Founded in 1996 to fly scheduled domestic flights between Tel Aviv and Eilat, Israir, the country's second largest carrier, has also been flying internationally between Israel and major destinations in Mediterranean Basin, Europe, and New York these past few years and now operates a fleet of Boeing 767-300 and 757 aircraft and ATR'S with comfortable seating for 50. In addition, the company, which employs a staff of more than 350 employees, offers special charter flights and a variety of other tourism both in Israel and elsewhere where the airline flies. Israir carried more than 580,000 passengers during 2004. Working from the very beginning with a philosophy that places staff awareness of standards of service at the center of its activities, Israir continues to invest serious effort and resources in training for excellence, offering its passengers, whether on international or domestic flights, the highest possible level of quality in the newest planes.
